In at least one city along the Gulf Coast, 85% of the residence still live in FEMA trailers.
Many of these families lost everything they own during hurricane Katrina.
These cities along the Gulf Coast suffered great loss as well.
We invite you to "Give the Gift of Literacy" this holiday season
by sharing books with those living along the Gulf Coast.
The mission of the "Literacy Claus" Project is to give the gift of books
to children and others that lost their homes so they can enjoy reading them
all year long.
You are invited to support the "Literacy Claus" Project by either donating
books for these "Our Brothers and Our Sisters" of the Gulf Coast or helping in the collection process.
Books will be distributed on the 19th and 20th of December. Use the contact form below for more information on
how you can donate, collect books in your area and where to ship books for distribution.

Book Signing and Donation Event
There will be a book signing at Rock Canyon Elementary School in Provo, Utah
on December 14th and book donations for the Literacy Claus can be done
at this event. Bruce Goldwell will also be doing a workshop with the
4th grade students two week prior to this event on writing a book.
Parents living in and around the Utah Valley area are invited to attend this
book signing. Be sure to visit your local bookstore and request your copies
of Dragon Keepers now to have them in time for this event.
